Our public position on State laws which attempt to contravene the First, Second and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution:

At our discretion we will sell our products to anyone in any State under the jurisdiction of the US Constitution.
 

The Constitution does not grant government the authority to hinder, tax or force registration of non-profit/non-commercial private

self-manufactured/self-used items like rocking chairs, tools etc....or "Arms" as defined and protected by the Second Amendment.

No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States....

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Also, we do not acquiesce, voluntarily or involuntarily, to relinquish our 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination

by way of any surreptitious entrapment by any government agent or agency through the purchase or subsequent use of our products.

Purchaser take full responsibility for the purchase, transfer, ownership and subsequent disposition of our products.
